Social equality is a state of affairs in which all individuals within a specific society have equal rights, liberties and status, possibly including civil rights, freedom of expression, autonomy And equal access to certain public goods And social services.

There is a right in India which states that a Person can move to supreme court if he Or she wants to get their fundamental rights protected.This right comes under article 32 for supreme court An article 226 for the high court. It is Known as the right to constitutional remedies.
3) Abolition of untouchability:
Untouchability is abolished And its practice in any form is forbidden The enforcement of any disability arising out of " Untouchability" shall be An offence punishable in accordance with law.
4) Fundamental duties:
The fundamental duties are defined as the moral obligations of all citizens to help promote a spirit of patriotism And to upload the unity of India. There are 11 fundamental duties .
5) Cultural And Educational rights:
The right to education has been recognised as a human right in a number international conventions, including the International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights which recognizes a right to free, compulsory primary education for all, an obligation to develop secondary education accessable to all.
