Acceleration due to gravity = final velocity - initial velocity/time
10 m/s² = final velocity - 0 m/s/ 1 s
final velocity = 10 * 1 = 10 m/s
Therefore the speed of reaching to the ground = 10 m/s
final velocity² = intial velocity² + 2*gravity*height
(10 m/s)² = 0² + 2*10*height
100 = 20*height
height of the table = 100/20 = 5 m
Therefore the height of the table = 5 m.
