The steps to apply custom animation effect to an object are as follows: -

1. select the slide. select the object to which you want to apply custom animation.

2. click the slide show button on the menu bar and then click custom animation in the drop-down menu. The custom animation panel appears in the task pane.

3. click the add button under Modify effect.

4. The custom animation dialog box appear choose the desired effect and adjust the speed.

•open PowerPoint

•click on the object would you like to animate

•go to the "animations"tab.

•select the animations u would like.

•click "add animation" to add extra animations to an object.

•click Animation pane(optionally)

•select an activation option for the animation.

•adjust the animation delay.
