He heard some noise around the building, so he became alert and watching around carefully to observe the issue. That who is being noisy at this hour. That is what his duty is. He is a night watchman who must be diligent, active and sharp about his instincts. He paid close attention to the continuous noise and saw a man with a mask on his face. He went towards that man and that man started to run in the building. The watchman has followed him to catch the thief otherwise it would not be good for his reputation. The thief started to run towards the roof of the building and watchman followed him. By reaching the top floor, their speed becomes slow and they were exhausted because they ran up to 15 floors to reach the roof. Now, the thief had no option to run anywhere. He went towards boundary wall of the rooftop, but watchman caught him and in the hastiness of catching the thief, the watchmen slipped from the rooftop and fell down. This is the point where he was awake from his deep slumber and realized that he just watched the dream in which he caught a thief. This was totally against his duty that he has to guard the people, but he was enjoying his sleep on duty.
