Write T for true and F for false for the following statements.
1.
The co-ordinates of the origin are (0, 0).
2.
Point (0. y) lies, on the y-axis.
3.
Abscissa can be written after ordinate.
If both abscissa and ordinate of a point are negative, it lies in the III quadrant.
5.

bhaiya mene apko answer dediya hai

1.The center of the coordinate system (where the lines intersect) is called the origin. The axes intersect when both x and y are zero. The coordinates of the origin are (0, 0). An ordered pair contains the coordinates of one point in the coordinate system.

2.If y-coordinate of a point is zero, then this point always lies on X-axis . Because perpendicular distance of the point from X-axis measured along Y-axis is zero

3.Here, abscissa is negative and ordinate is positive, so it lies in III in II quadrant. (ii) The given point is (-5,-3). Here, abscissa and ordinate both are negative, so ot lies on III quadrant.
