The change which is permanently in our surrounding that can not be reversed (irreversible) in nature are called chemical change.

the change which is temporary in our surrounding that can be reversed (reversible) in nature is called physical change.

Physical changes (can be reversible)

Example:

1)Boiling water

2)Evaporating alcohol

3)Aluminum foil is cut in half.

4)crumpling a sheet of paper

5)dissolving sugar in water

6)A juice box in the freezer freezes.

7)melting an ice cube

8)casting silver in a mold

9)breaking a bottle

10)Rubbing alcohol evaporates on your hand.



Chemical changes (cannot be reversible)

Example:

1)fry egg

2)Iron rusting

3)burning wood

4)Jewelry tarnishes.

5)mixing acid and base

6)digesting food

7)Heating sugar to form caramel

8)Baking cake

9) Souring milk

10) Gasoline is ignited.
