In the state like Kolkata it is celebrated very grandly.
In this festival we worship the different goddess in 9 days ........
and at last day we burn the mannequin of ravan.
it is believed that on this day there was a victory of good over evil.
The god Rama killed the Ravana on this day therefore we burn the mannequin of ravan every year on this last day of Durga puja .
The cculpture of maa Durga is being start to made by the artist.
childrens and young and old men, women go to see the cculpture that is kept by somebody at some places.
some girl and women keep the fasting for maa Durga for 9 days........
and at 9th days they feed at least 9 girl on this day.
we enjoyed so much in these 10 days .
