First of all let me tell you that absolute value is also called as modulus value, that means we'll just consider the numerical value and won't be bothered of the sign be it positive or negative.
So, from that logic we can say that even if the number is negative so its mod will be the same number but with a positive sign.
Thus modulus of 0 is 0 itself. i.e. we can write it as |0| = 0.
Similarly, |10| = 10;
|-18| = 18;
|-3| = 3;
|23| = 23
Also, we can precise that all absolute values are greater than zero.
