a) camel -Camels have adapted and found ways to help them survive in deserts. They have a thick coat of hair that protects them from the sun. They have wide, soft feet, so they can walk for a long time in the hot sand.
b) Penguin-Its white colour helps it blend in with the white background
Thick skin and a lot of fat protect it from cold
They huddle together in groups to keep themselves warm
They have webbed feet and they streamline their body while swimming which makes them good swimmers

Camels have many adaptations that allow them to live successfully in desert conditions. Deserts are hot and dry. Winds blow sand all around, so a camel has long eyelashes. It has nostrils that can open and close.
Their bodies are streamlined to reduce drag in water. Their wings, shaped like flippers, also help them "fly" underwater at speeds up to 15 mph. Penguins have to keep high body temperatures to remain active. They have thick skin and lots of fat (blubber) under their skin to keep warm in cold weather.
