Anchor: " Ladies and gentlemen! The time has come for our annual Debates Competition. This year round we will be giving away 3 prizes to the lucky winners out of our 25 shortlisted entries.
There will be two main rounds after which the finalists will be selected as they go head to head against each other.
The topic for this years debate is " The impact of social media on our life".
I would like to welcome Mr. Ali Raza, the organizer of this event to speak a few words before we begin with the debating session among our contestants. "

Good evening ladies and Gentlemen,
It is an honour to welcome each one you for the Debating completion tonight,
The topic for the debate is “the impact of social media in our life”
On my left is the team for affirming the impact of social media.
On my right is the opposition team negating the impact of social media.
The debate will start with each team introducing their team members and giving reasons for and against the topic given.
Each member will not be given two minutes to put their view across.
Each group will get a chance to question the other group.
The impact of social media is an interesting topic and very relevant for the people today. Most of our life today revolves around social media and it impacts our everyday life.
