Respected Madam,
With much humbleness and modest attire it is to state that I want a leave of tomorrow as I am not feeling well. I am having recurrent temperature from the last three days and was ignoring as we had annual sports day at our school, but now the mega event had gone well and I feel it a good time to avail a holiday for resting purpose.
