Sir,
with due respect I beg to say that I am not in a state to attend the school.
I am down with severe fever and since it is a communicable disease, my doctor has advised me to get complete bed rest. I assure you that I will be able to cover up all the work that I will miss. I beg you to grant me 4 days leave from 10th January, 2021 to 14th January, 2021.
