Having a daily exersice or yoga gives us a great health. Nowadays, Everyone eat all the junk and will never take regular exercise this may lead to many diseases and we are the victim for this.
Even If we take healthy food also, We should have a regular exercise. So, That our body will be fit and many not cause any disease. We find ourself so flexible and can be healthy for all the time.
