Ca(OH)₂ +CO₂→ CaCO₃+H₂O

This is the formula and the chemical equation is already balanced since,

LHS:                      RHS:

Ca= 1                     Ca= 1

C= 1                       C= 1

O= 4                      O= 4

H=2                       H= 2

the LHS and RHS are equal.
