From the last 15 days people of Assam are facing lots of problem regarding frequent power cut in our place. Whenever it rains, they do not get electricity for the whole night. And when it does not rain we get electricity only for slots of 15 minutes in day time, means, it stays for 15 minutes, then cuts for next 15 minutes and so on. They pay bill at time, still can't get good electricity supply.
