Yudhishtira, the eldest of the Pandavas, was the only one who followed dharma from beginning to end. He used to have his own ideas as well as decisions that made him a great King. But Yudhishtira had the bad habit of gambling which made him sell his own brothers as well as his wife to the Kauravas due to cheating in he game. Yet he is the most truthful person in Mahabharata though he told a lie in the battlefield. This is the reason why he went alive to heaven but had to see hell for a few moments.
