Mrs Pumphery was a rich lady who had a small dog named Tricki . She was foolishly indulgent and would over pamper the dog by giving him chocolates , cakes , juice , wine and eggs . She was ignorant and did not know that the dog needed exercise also . So when he fell sick she was very anxious and thought that something very serious has happened to him . She was silly but tender hearted . She cried bitterly when Tricki was taken to hospital . She was very happy when her pet became alright. She was grateful to Dr. Herriot for making Tricki's health. She went to the extend of calling it a 'Triumph of Surgery '. So we can say that Mrs . Pumphrey was a rich , foolish, ignorant , silly , tender hearted and a nice person .
