it mostly grows in moisture place but need water for reproduction & it is a sub kingdom of cryptogams

it is known as amphibian & structure is like flat ribbon like long without root, stem & leaves instead they have stem like roots & leaf like rhizoids

they don't have specific tissue for conduction of food & water

These plants are thalloid, multicellular and autotrophic.

They reproduce by spore formation.
