answer = plants which have special structures for reproduction and produce seeds are called phanerogams. these plants are after the procces of reproduction seeds are formed which contain the embryo and stored food . during germination of the seeds ,the stored food is used for the initial growth of the embryo . depending upon wheather seed are enclosed in a fruit or not . phanerogams are into gymnosperms and angiosperms, angiosperms plants have natural covering that is fruit and gymnosperms plants have do not natuaral coverin fruits.
