U + 3ClF3 → UF6 + 3ClF
Uranium react with chlorine(III) fluoride to produce uranium(VI) fluoride and chlorine(I) fluoride. Uranium - solid. Chlorine(III) fluoride - liquid. This reaction takes place at a temperature of 50-90°C.
