The required chemical formula is as follows-

  • The valency of calcium ion is +2. Valency of phosphate ion is -3, sulphate is -2 and hydrogen carbonate is -1.
  • Thus, the chemical formula for calcium phosphate will be Ca3(PO4)2.
  • The chemical formula for calcium sulphate will be CaSO4.
  • The chemical formula for calcium hydrogen carbonate will be Ca(HCO3)2.
  • All the bonds of given calcium compounds are ionic.
