condition necessary for q....
on d prime factorization of q..it must be expressed in form of 2^m × 5^n.
for e.g.... the rational no. 2/25 has a terminating decimal expansion as...on prime factorization of q.I.e 25 it can be expressed as 2^0 × 5^2
