Here is the answer.

‘en’ stands for Ethylene Diamine which is a bidentate ligand. Hence it has two positions (the lone pair on every nitrogen) per molecule that can bind to Platinum.

Meanwhile from the formula we can observe that there are also two Chlorine ions inside of the coordination sphere.

The coordination number here is (2*2)+(2*1).
Therefore, the coordination number here is 6.

Further, the net charge of the complex is zero while there are two chloride ions, each with a negative charge. Therefore, the Pt metal center will have a +2 oxidation state, which may also be written as Pt(II).

And hence the oxidation state is +2.
