Women is a backbone of any strong society. She is a source of constant support and motivation to the entire family.
Financial demand of Indian families are forcing women to do inside and outside work, as men do not share household work. Women going out to work are often. subject to sexual harrassment. Women remuneration is less than men. Major burden of running the family is on the shoulders of women. Women have less sleeping hours to get their children ready for school ,cook for the family etc., leads to health problems.
