Gravitation is defined as the force of attraction between any two bodies in this universe.

Universal Gravitational Constant was given by Issac Newton. According to this law, the attractive force between any two bodies in the universe is directly proportional to the product of their masses and inversely proportional to the square of distance between them.

Gravitational constant G=6.67430 × 10-11 N-m²/kg².

Importance of universal law of gravitation:

1), The force that binds us to the earth.

2) The motion of mom around the earth.

3),The motion of planets around the sun.

4) The occurrence of tides.

5) The flow of water.
