Divisibility Rule of 3 ;

Divisibility rule for 3 states that a number is completely divisible by 3 if the sum of its digits is divisible by 3.

For example ;

327

3+2+7=>12

1+2=>3

So, 327 is divisible by 3

Divisibility Rule of 5 ;

Divisibility by 5 is easily determined by checking the last digit in the number (475), and seeing if it is either 0 or 5. If the last number is either 0 or 5.

For example ;

625

6 2 5

The last digit is 5

So, 625 is divisible by 5

Hope it's helpful to you

Answer:

Divisibility rule of 3:When the digits of a no. are added and the sum is equal to a multiple of 3,then the no. is divisible by three. For Eg.123,Here sum of 1+2+3=6 which is 3*2 which is a multiple of 3 so it is divisible by 3

Divisibility rule of 5:Any no. ending with 0 or 5 is divisible by 5.For Eg.40,85 etc.
