Dietary management are:-
1. Swap refined carbs sources four whole grains. Whole green is the grain of any cereal contains endosperm ,Bran,germ in contrast to refined grains, which retain only the endosperm.
2. Just like grains whole dals are also a better bet than the washed dals . Rajma and Chna are the healthiest dal.
3. Avoid red meat and opt for lean meat chicken and salmon.
4. Load up of seasonal vegetables.
