☛Lymph is a colourless fluid while blood is red in colour .

☛lymph that helps in transfer of the nutrients that had been filtered out of the blood capillaries back into the body while blood helps in the transport of the nutrients, hormones, vitamins and minerals throughout the body .

☛ it helps in transporting oxygen. lymph lacks in protein concentration but blood doesn't .

☛blood contains RBC , WBC and platelets why lymph contains proteins, salts etc .
