write the difference between bolus and chyme

Answer:

Bolus is formed when saliva mixes with food. And Chyme is formed after reaction with digestive juices.

Generally bolus is swallowed and travels down the oesophagus to the stomach for digestion.. Once the bolus reaches the stomach, it mixes with the gastric juices and becomes chyme..

The Chyme then travels thourgh the intestines and moves on for further digestion and absorption...
