evaporation means that heat will flow from the surface of the liquid and it does not produce bubbles....and it is slower than boiling and it results to cooling.....
boiling is faster than evaporation and heat flows throughout the liquid and produces lot of bubbles.... and it does not results cooling.....!!!!
