Write the difference between faujdari adalat and diwani adalat?

Diwani adalat is generally termed as the Civil Court. They normally hear the cases relating to civil disputes which normally arise in the district courts.

On the other hand, Faujdari adalat is the type of Magistrate Court where disputes relating to criminal cases are solved.

diwani adalat is basically termed as a civil court . In this civia court the hindus were dispensed according to their scriptures .And muslims were according shariyat.
fozdari adalat was basically a criminal court .
