rajya sabha is upper house and lok sabha is the lower house..

chairmen of rajya sabha is vice president of India....

speaker of lok sabha is elected by its members..

rajya Sabha   consists of 245: 233 Elected; 12 Nominated; 3 Vacant (3 Elected Seats)..

lok sabha consists of 545 ...
