✌️Example:- Extensor muscles of the human.✌️

⭐️⭐️WHITE MUSCLES⭐️⭐️

● White muscles fibers are thick and contraction in fast.

● Mitochondria are less in number.

● White muscles have more sarcoplasm reticulum.

The main difference between the red and white muscle fibres are;
Red Muscle Fibres :
The red muscle fibres are active during the low intensity and long duration.
They are usually active throughout all the muscular contractions.
They are known as the slow-twitch muscle.
The presence of large amount of myoglobin makes them red in colour.
They are thin muscles fibres.
White Muscle Fibres :
The white muscle fibre becomes active at high intensity action short duration.
They are known as the fast-twitch muscle.
They are active during fast contraction.
Due to less amount of myoglobin they appears white in colour.
They are thick muscle fibres.
