1). Plant fibres are the fibre which are obtained from plants whereas, Animal fibres are fibres which are obtained from animals. Plant fibres are fibres which are obtained plants. Such as cotton and jute while animal fibres are fibres which are obtained from animal sources. Such as silk and wool.
2). Sorting is separating different types of wool. Sorting is the method of removal of inferior wool. whereas Scouring is the removal of dirt,grease,lanolin,etc by washing the wool in hot water with detergent such as soda ash and then drying.
