Weather:

=> Weather refers to the state of the atmosphere over an area at any point of time.

=> The day to day atmospheric conditions of a particular place with respect to factors as rainfall, humidity, temperature, wind and speed etc. is called the weather of that place.

=> Weather conditions may vary at intervals of a few hours or a few days.

=> Weather data are the observations recorded at a specific time.

Climate:

=> Climate refers to the sum total of weather condition and variation over a large area for long period of time.

=> The average weather condition of a place taken over a long period of time is called the climate of that place.

=> Climate does not change so frequently.

=> Climate refers to the average value of several elements of weather, relating to a period of more than 30 years.

Weather is only for a short span of time, like a day, but climate is for a longer period- say 30 years. For example, the weather in Hyderabad could be cold and rainy, but the climate could be hot and dry.
