GYMNOSPERMS:

                            These plants bear naked seeds. these are perenial , ever green ,woody. example  are pinus, pine.

ANGIOSPERMS:

                           These plants bear seeds enclosed in fruit. These are divided into two according to number of cotyledons present. If one cotyledon is present it is called Monocot and if two cotyledons is present it is called Dicots.
