Blood is a body fluid.It acts as transporting fluid in the organisms.
Blood has more than 4000 different kinds of components.

It has mainly four components they are plasma,RBC( red blood cells), WBC( white blood cells), platelets.
Blood also helps in transporting oxygen to the cells.It also helps in supplying nutrients to the tissues and cells of the organisms.Vitamin K deficiency leads to coagulation of blood.
so ,the blood is called as specialized body fluid.

genious1: plasma is the liquid portion of blood, it is a pale yellow coloured liquid

genious1: where as RBC and WBC are the cells in the blood.WBC number is much less in blood when compared to RBC
