Steps of Cloth production

Explanation:

Cloth production can mainly be divided into three stages.

Step one is the creation of fabric from, harvested raw materials are processes to make yarn and threads. It is done by spinning.

The second step in the production process is joining the areas to form the fabric, it is called weaving. It is generally done on loom. Two sets of yarn is required to to weave the cloth on the loom.

The step after weaving is processing. The fabric fresh off the loom is greige, greige is crisp white sheets, it s full of debris, seed particles and impurities. It is bleached to purify the base colour and then it is treated with chemicals and cleaners to remove oils and other elements.  

Finally it is shipped out to textile and clothing manufacturers.
