first of all, Let see formula of thermal expansion.

from linear thermal expansion,
L=L_0(1+\alpha\Delta{T})
where L_0 is initial length of metal wire, L is the length of wire after changing in temperature of surrounding of wire.
∆T is change in temperature and \alpha is coefficient of thermal expansion.
\alpha=\frac{L-L_0}{L_0\Delta{T}}

so, dimension of \alpha=dimension of (L-L_0/(dimension of L_0 × dimension of ∆T)
= [L]/([L] × [K])
= [K^-1]

hence , dimension of coefficient of thermal expansion is [K^{-1}].
