the wavelength is dimensionally represented as [M0 L1 T0].We know,

v= λμ (v=velocity, λ=wavelength, μ= frequency)

Therefore, μ= ν/λ

Let M-mass, L-length, T-time. (These are the physical quantities in which dimensions are expressed.)

V= distance / time. = L/T

λ is also length.= L

Hence μ= L/T ÷ L

Frequency = 1/T

Dimensional formula: M0 L0 T-1 (here 0 and -1 are the exponents).

Wavelength is nothing but distance between two points on the wave which are at the same phase and are located on consecutive waves. Eg: two consecutive troughs or crests. Ultimately, it is length/distance.

Also, in the relation,

Since speed's unit is distance per unit time and frequency’s unit is time inverse, wavelength's unit must be distance.
