Applying dimensions of each quantities

[I] = [ML^2]                            (as DF of mass=[M] , DF of distance= L)

we also know that

moment of momentum,L=r*p (distance*momentum)

applying dimensions of each quantities

[L]=LMLT^-1  = ML^2T^-1           (as DF of p= MLT^-1)    (as p=mv)
