hope this helps u

we know the distance formula

d = √(x₁-x₂)² + (y₁-y₂)²

a ( -2,3)

b(0,0)

x₁ = -2          y₁ = 3

x₂= 0          y₂= 0

subsuit the value

d = √(x₁-x₂)² + (y₁-y₂)²

 = √( -2 -0)²   + ( 3-0)²

 =  √ (-2)² + (3)²

  = √ 4 +9

d    = √13

d= √13 is the answer
