d = √(x₁-x₂)² + (y₁-y₂)²
a ( -2,3)
b(0,0)
x₁ = -2 y₁ = 3
x₂= 0 y₂= 0
subsuit the value
d = √(x₁-x₂)² + (y₁-y₂)²
= √( -2 -0)² + ( 3-0)²
= √ (-2)² + (3)²
= √ 4 +9
d = √13
d= √13 is the answer
