the rule for 4 is if the last two digits of a whole number are divisible by 4 then the entire number will be divisible by 4...
the rule of 8 is the last 3 digits of a whole number are divisible by 8 then the entire number will be divisible by 8.....
the rule of 9 the prime factors of 9 or 3 and 3 so we can use a very similar rule to determine if a number is divisible by 9 basically we will see the sum of the digits is divisible by 9 if it is in the actual number is also divisible by 9...
