(9x²-18x)+(5y²-2y)=16
(9x²-18x+9)+(5y²-2y+1)=16+9+1
(3x+3)²+(5y-1)²=26
9(x+1)²+5(y-1/5)=26
divide by 45
(x+1)²/26/9+(y-1/5)²/26/5=26/26
(x+1)²/26/9+(y-1/5)²/26/5=1
a=26/9
b=26/5
b>a
e= √1-a²/b²
= √1-(25/9)²/(25/5)²
= √1-5²/9²
= √1-25/81
= √56/81
= 2√14/9
