to find: write equation in two variables as mentioned in the question

so the equation is:

2x=3

lets take all the terms on LHS (Left Hand Side)

2x-3=0

now, to add one more variable we need to multiply it by 0 so overall answer will remain the same

we can add '0y',

else we can add any variable, say a, b, c, etc. because the multiplication with 0 will always be 0.

hence this is the solution.

2x ± 0z - 3 = 0
