Burning of candle is a physical change but burning of wax is chemical.
Seems confusing right ,what is physical and chemical Read this "When the wax candle burns, the wax which melts can be changed to its solid state on cooling, which is a physical change. The burning of wax releases some gases which cannot be reversible. Hence it is a chemical change."
If burning of candle wax is considered to be chemical ,this is the reaction
Chemical equation ➡C25H52 + 38 O2 → 25 CO2 + 26 H2O
