Time period of the S.H.M. (Simple Harmonic Motion) = Total time taken/Total no. of oscillations made.  

= 60/150

= 2/5

= 0.4 seconds.

Now, Angular velocity = 2π/0.4

= 5π

Now, Using the formula,

x = ASin(ωt + Φ), whereΦ is the Initial Phase,

Putting the value,

x = 5Sin(5πt + 450)

I don't think, there can be any other answer, opp. to it.
