Since the line is parallel to y-axis, its slope will be same as y-axis i.e. 1/0

Also, it passes though the point (-4,-5)

So according to the formula of line :

y' -y = m(x'-x)

where (x',y') is the points through which the required line passes and m is the slope of the line.

-5-y = 1/0 (-4 -x)

=>0=-4-x

=> Required equation is x = -4
