y=1/4x +7

multiply by four on both sides

4y = x +28

x-4y+28=0

slope (m)= (-a)/b

= (-1)/(-4)

m=1/4

we know. y-y¹ = m(x-x¹)

given the line also passes through (2,-9)

i.e. (x¹,y¹)= (2,9) and m =1/4

so equation = y-9=(1/4)[x-2]

multiply by 4 on both sides

4y-36 = x-2

x-4y+34=0

may be this is your answer
