When x = 1,

$x^2 = 1\\x^2 -3x+2=1^2 -3(1)+2=0\\Equation:x^2 -3x+2=0$

when x = 2,

$x^2 = 4\\x^2 -3x+2=4^2 -3(4)+2=16-12+2=6\\Equation:x^2 -3x+2=6=>x^2 -3x -4=0$
